Chats
Subscribers who participate in the Community-hosted Chat rooms shall NOT:
• Use words, pictures, videos or materials that may be offensive to the Internet community, including racial, religious, sexual, ethnical slurs.
• Publish personal information, mobile phone numbers, e-mails, home address, last name etc.
• Threaten, molest, persecute or threaten other users.
• Assume the identity of an employee, administrator, moderator or other member of the Community team with the aim of deceiving or causing damage to others.
• Promote or provide instructive information for illegal activities, or information that proposes physical damage or abuse to any group or individual.
• Display pornographic or erotic material (photos, texts, video or audio clips)
• Bring up topics not suitable for minors under 18 years of age
• Provide files of any kind with access through password, or hidden files without a link to you personal page that can lead to these.
• Put up any product or service on sale.
• Use propaganda or sponsorships.
• Promote or encourage participation in any purely commercial initiatives.
Limitations of Responsibility and Guarantee
You use these services entirely at your own risk.
The services are accessible without any explicit or implicit guarantees whatsoever.
By its nature, the Chat service involves interaction with the various people in the Chat room at any one time.
CalabriaCaffè.it cannot constantly control all discussions and whether they are relevant to the chat room topic, nor can it effectively prevent some users’ uncivil behaviour.
CalabriaCaffè.it reminds you that some content in the Chat service could be unsuitable for minors.
CalabriaCaffè.it recommends that parents always supervise connections made by minors to the Chat rooms.
Any user that enters a Chat room agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of use, and therefore accepts full individual responsibility for the texts written in the Chat room.
Advertisements
In the Advertisements, subscribers shall NOT:
• Use words, pictures, videos or materials that may be offensive to the Internet community, including racial, religious, sexual, ethnical slurs.

• Promote or provide instructive information for illegal activities, or information that proposes physical damage or abuse to any group or individual.
• Use words, pictures or videos to promote commercial activities.
• Put up any product or service on sale.
• Threaten, molest, persecute or abuse other users.
• Use propaganda or sponsorships.
• Promote or encourage participation in any purely commercial initiatives.
• Include pornographic or erotic topics (photos or texts).
• Include topics not suitable for minors under 18 years of age.
• Promote or provide instructive information for illegal activities, or information that proposes physical damage or abuse to any group or individual.
Blogs
Users can publish their photos and texts on a web space using Blogs. CalabriaCaffè.it limits itself to providing hospitality and technological support to set up Blogs and pursuant to the laws in force it shall not be liable for the contents of Blogs, which are the sole responsibility of the Blog owners. In agreeing to the conditions of the Blog service provided free by CalabriaCaffe.it users accept full, exclusive responsibility for everything they add within the interactive and multimedia context that CalabriaCaffe.it makes available to them; CalabriaCaffe.it shall not be held liable for the conduct of users that violate the terms of service.
CalabriaCaffe.it reserves the right to modify or remove any content sent and to cancel the subscription at any time and for any reason without forewarning. The following list of prohibitions may lead to immediate cancellation of a Blog if violated: Actions and activities that include, but are not limited to the use of or references to pornographic and/or sexually obscene material; material of any kind that infringes copyright law, graphic images or texts protected by Copyright; material that is offensive or defamatory to anybody whatsoever, including racial, religious, sexual, ethnical slurs; material that promotes or provides instructive information for illegal activities, or that may prejudice third parties; information that proposes physical damage or abuse to any group or individual; software, information or other material containing viruses or harmful components; initiatives connected to gambling, competitions, games that require a charge for participation; material not suitable for minors under 18 years of age; paid advertising or sponsorships; in general, any material or activity that infringes or encourages infringement of any law or regulation for the protection of individuals and not only, or of a provision ordered by the Public Authority.
Blog owners release CalabriaCaffe.it and the companies connected to it from any liability connected to legal recourse by third parties for the conduct or modality of use by a Blog owner, exempting CalabriaCaffe.it and/or the aforesaid companies from any prejudicial effect connected to the legal action and shall reimburse any expenses and pay for direct or indirect damages. The user undertakes to exempt CalabriaCaffe.it from any loss, damage, cost, charge and expense, including any legal costs that CalabriaCaffe.it may bear as a result of use of the web space made available to the user.
CalabriaCaffe.it appreciates the collaboration of all users in communicating any violation of the conditions of use of the community service and of the laws in force. Users who are Blog owners guarantee to CalabriaCaffe.it and its partners unlimited, irrevocable licence to use, copy, transmit and publicly distribute the contents published in the Blogs without the payment of any royalties.
If two months after it is established the number of messages sent to a Blog (text and/or images) is less than five, the Blog may be cancelled along with any content in it and the list of members associated with the Blog, and the Blog name will be made available again. In this case, one week before the deadline, a warning email will be sent to the Blog Founder of the imminent cancellation of the Blog.
Users are therefore responsible for keeping a backup of contents published on the Blogs. CalabriaCaffe.it reserves the right to notify clients who created a Blog of updates to or news about the service.
CalabriaCaffe.it reserves the right to amend these conditions of use of the service at any time and without forewarning. Use of the services after these amendments come into force implies full acceptance of the same amendments.
The user may verify the conditions of use in force at any time on the service description page of the Need Help page of the site. CalabriaCaffe.it also reserves the right to add, amend or eliminate services and contents of this site at its own discretion and at any time.
Photos and Videos
The service offered by the CalabriaCaffe.it portal allows users to freely upload their own photographs and videos (with or without audio) into the Community; it provides no guarantee and/or shall not be liable for the exactness, completeness and the general content of photos and videos directly uploaded by users inside the Community.
The user shall be responsible for sending and publishing anything, and by using the service, declares:
1) that they are adult;
2) that they are aware that by sending a video (with or without audio), users undertake to grant CalabriaCaffe.it the right and licence to use, copy, adapt, publish, distribute and execute these videos or photographs at no charge and not exclusively, and in general to exercise all rights connected to these until possible revocation by the eligible parties.
3) In sending their videos and/or photographs, users:
- guarantee that they are original and that the user holds the relative rights;
- guarantee that none of the material sent is obscene, defamatory, blasphemous or infringes the rights or ownership of any executors, or the moral rights, copyright, rights to protection of personal data, publication rights or any other rights of any third party whatsoever;
- guarantee that they have obtained permission and waivers from all parties eligible to or responsible for providing these authorisations relative to the videos and photographs and their use by CalabriaCaffe.it, and that neither the photographs nor the videos, nor any copies made by CalabriaCaffè.it constitute a violation of the rights of third parties.
4) that they are aware that CalabriaCaffe.it has no power of control or supervision over photographic and video content;
5) that they are aware that the people who sent it are responsible for all photographic and video content;
6) that they are aware that written parental authorisation of parents must be sent to CalabriaCaffe.it to publish photographs and videos of minors;
7) that they are aware that any violation of articles 3 and 6 above imply possible immediate removal of videos and photographs;
8) that they are aware that if legal action is taken by third parties against CalabriaCaffe.it s.r.l. or companies connected to it, pertaining to conduct or modality of use of the service by a user, the user specifically releases and exempts CalabriaCaffe.it or the aforesaid companies from any liability connected to the legal action and to reimburse all costs and pay any direct or indirect damages. Users undertake to not hold CalabriaCaffe.it liable for any loss, damage, cost, charges and expenses, including any legal costs that CalabriaCaffe.it may bear as a result of the use of the service;
9) on the basis of what is established by the Privacy Code (196/2003), use of the service by the user implies authorisation for CalabriaCaffè.it for the treatment and use of their personal data, with electronic or other means to carry out necessary activities.
By sending in photographs and videos to be published, users agree to the above and give CalabriaCaffè.it full approval to use the photographs and videos, including their reproduction and diffusion on the Community and to the treatment of their personal data pursuant to the Italian Privacy Code (196/2003).
Suspension of the Service
CalabriaCaffè.it reserves the right to suspend the service without forewarning and remove material inserted if the user violates any of the site rules and conditions of use described above.
