 <title>Scaffittuni ccu marozze (rigatoni con le lumache)</title>

20 lumache&lt;br /&gt;
Pancetta o guanciale&lt;br /&gt;
½ cipolla&lt;br /&gt;
Prezzemolo&lt;br /&gt;
Pepe&lt;br /&gt;
Sale&lt;br /&gt;
Gr.500 di maccheroni&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Come si prepara:&lt;br /&gt;
Purgate le lumache; scottatele in acqua bollente; toglietele dal guscio. Tritate pancetta o guanciale; soffriggete con olio d&#039;oliva assieme a cipolla affettata in un recipiente di coccio, quindi aggiungete le lumache e dei pomodori pelati. Cospargete di prezzemolo tritato e cuocete a lungo. A parte lessate i rigatoni in abbondante acqua, conditeli nella stessa pentola con le lumache e spolverate con pecorino grattuggiato.&lt;/p&gt;
